“- even though it was far from the city centre there is a boat that can take you up the river which is a very nice ride - clean, bright, and generally cosy - tasty breakfast pancakes and good tea option - quiet in terms of transport (no car, plane and almost no boat noises) - park walk accessibility so nice”

“The location is wonderful if you're a ship spotter or Airbus employee! For people who mainly wish to see Hamburg it's pretty far out - and a bit complicated to reach, especially at night. Good beds, nice room and comfortable bath. We liked the proper heating in the bathroom - all too often not available even in good hotels. Flexibility on breakfast was much appreciated - if you overslept it was always possible to get something in the bar. The bar food is good but a bit limited. Most people seem to prefer to eat in the bar so space is often at a premium. Employees great - especially in the bar/restaurant area they are doing a wonderful job!”
