“I am a little torn. I booked a double room the Stanley hotel, and I can only think I got 'upgraded' I was told at reception I was staying at the Aspire Residence. NOT The Stanley. Staying at the Stanley has always been on my bucket list, and to be sent somewhere else with no notification before hand was disappointing. But it was a very nice top floor corner 2 bedroom suite. Room 305,306 & 307. But not what I was expecting. The Stanley Hotel.”
“The hotel was very beautiful! There was a lot of history! The grounds were well kept. Although it was very cold outside, it was extremely warm inside!! Great ambiance!”
“The steak sandwich at cascades was fantastic, and all of the bar staff was super friendly! We got engaged the night of the Masqarade ball and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location. It is the most beautiful property, and the town is so friendly and fun!”
“Estes Park is beautiful. The historic parts of the property are great.”

“Beautiful hotel, with so much history. The Shining, is what brought me here, once arriving, the hotel is so much more.”
“The beds were extremely comfortable. Of course, the scenery is incredible with the Rocky Mountains in view of every window on the front of the hotel. The structure itself, with the woodwork and plaster art, was just beautiful. Before checking in schedule an early morning historical tour or make it the first thing you do. That will make you more aware of the little details you see throughout this historical hotel.”
“Leaving. The house keeping staff and check in staff was amazing. These two should teach the assistant mangers and this incompetent man person what guest service is.”
“Staff was very accommodating, night tour was excellent, Travis was very kind”
