If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

I went for business trip for 4 days and have no complains at all. at the time of doing the check in just make sure you ask for the number to call the front desk from your room. it was not mentioned or writen anywhere it took me a while to figure it out !! after that , if you need anything, just call the front desk and they will have it done for you.”

Porém, fazem distinção dos quartos e para os de categoria mais simples, colocam toalhas velhas, muito surradas, que não enxugam. Recentemente fiquei hospedada em um quarto de categoria superior. A toalha parecia um edredom de tão fofa. Uma pena essa distinção. Antes dessa última hospedagem considerava o Melia um dos melhores, agora prefiro a rede Blue Tree, com certeza, perderam dois hóspedes.”
