“My bus arrived at 8am in the morning but the check in time was 3pm. After informing the counter staff, Mr. Vicky, was able to help us make arrangements to check in earlier. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked the night before, therefore, we had to wait for the guests to check out before we can check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had accidentally left my jacket in the lobby and they are able to keep it for me till I returned for it. Most importantl, when I checked out at 12nn on 2nd Sept, they allowed me to leave my luggage with them till 8pm (bus leaves at 8.30pm).I totally enjoyed my stay with them and will return again when I visit Ipoh.”
