To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). “Comfortable hotel with a very nice view of the water and warm, spacious communal areas. A little bit far from town, but this wasn't a problem when the weather was nice. There was a delicious breakfast included, and the on-site restaurant was very good too. All in all a nice hotel, my only complaint would be that it was quite expensive for what was offered.”
“Beautiful hotel just outside the town of Puerto Natales, but close enough to walk in if you're up for a bit of exercise. Gorgeous view from the restaurant and reception area. Warm, friendly staff, the majority of whom speak good English. Good breakfast spread and the dinner I had one night at the Enoo Restaurant was very good. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. ”
“Great view of the lake. We upgraded to a view room which was great - our rom had the main space plus a small nook to sit and look out. Room was nice and toasty warm when we arrived - very nice when we were so cold. Good size space and bathroom. Large breakfast buffet but I don't think there were any eggs Limited menu in the resultant so we went into town for dinner but did have a drink in the bar which was nice. Great english speaking staff”
“Stunning views over the waterfront. Lovely communal area, particularly the bar. And stunning view of the volcanoes - especially sunset and breakfast sunrise, really special. Lovely warm, cosy rooms with radiator so you can control the heat. Very comfy, large bed. Great breakfast selection and on site restaurant for dinner.”
