“Beautiful old building and lovely setting (large park-like property). Located just outside the city wall in a valley. Quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely, helpful staff. Once you climbed quite a few stairs, it's an easy walk into town, which is also well lit at night. Will be back.”

“This is the real jewel, folks! Feel like living inside the castle or like on the movie scene. Amazing building and interiors, picturesque surroundings and own way uphill to the city. That was super-impressive. We also had a walk inside the building at midnight, seeing different halls and even theater inside the building. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast - usual european. Rooms are very basic as well, with bathrooms built-in during renovation, though with high ceilings. Again - view from the window and walks around save it all, making this really special to spend a night there.”
