“The location is nice. First, you can get easily to any major landmarks. Secondly, the hotel is situated in a very quite street so you are away from the buzz of Bangkok. The hotel looks very cosy, bright and comfortable. The problem is that it only looks like that.”
“I liked EVERYTHING, the place is perfect to stay in Khao San Rd area, is super quiet, just 10min walk to Khao San Rd. The staff is awesome, very helpful. They have washing machine you can use very cheap, and hang the clothes there, it's so useful!! Also they make very nice coffee, the rooms are very comfortable, big and super clean, everything is so nice in this place!”

“Comfortable and clean. The simple breakfast was OK and in nice surroundings. Helpful and pleasant people. A short walk from where the bus came in at Khoasan Road, near the pier for the "taxi boat" (an inexpensive water bus that makes a good river cruise). Near shops and restaurants. Good wet room. ”

“Zen Premium is fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great, far enough away from the noise of Khao San Road, but also close enough to enjoy. The room was clean and the provided amenities like tooth brush/ paste, comb etc. The fridge was full size, tv worked perfectly, AC was amazing, and the place itself was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again.”
