“For a chain hotel, everything was fine; comfortable bed, control of temperature down to where I like it. Breakfast good. I had to find a hotel following a domestic catastrophe in my holiday home in Châtillon-Coligny; I have used the Ibis chain many times before, and Gien was slightly nearer than Montargis. While I am very unlikely to stay there again, I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone needing a comfortable bed for the night. Rather to my surprise, the nearby Buffalo Grill served an excellent steak/frites for a very reasonable price.”

“Breakfast was ok, typical with croissants etc. Rooms were modern and clean. Good parking with lot of space so it was easy to park. The personnel was first friendly but then the girl in the reception changed her attitude since we had dogs with us. Other personnel was friendly all the time. Cleaning personnel did not speak any word of English but they were still smiling and friendly. Bigger store next to the hotel so it was easy to buy water etc.”
