“This hotel is ideally situated for a stop en route to Brittany Ferries terminal which is only three minutes drive away. However, for visiting St Malo the location is not good, as you require two buses, and the immediate area is very barren, without little restaurants, shops etc. While the staff are very pleasant, the hotel is not well maintained. Our room had part of the shower door missing and the shower was not too clean in the corners. The room was tiny. However, for budget travellers, the use of a microwave in the foyer is useful. The buffet breakfast looked good value. Parking is horrendous unless you pay for the hotel's own parking. It can be difficult even to get a place to stop while you unload your luggage.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff and the bus to the old town is just a 5 minute walk away. Also - great breakfast for 6 euros. Once you know where to get on and off the bus it is also super quick to get to the train station and to the old town. Finally - great price.”
