“We were advised to call ahead as we arrived at the villa at 2am. We were greeted by our host with a very welcome smile and helped to our room with a fresh cuppa bought up. Our room was spacious with three balconies opening up onto view of the pool. Bed was large and extremely comfortable. Air con and ceiling fans kept the room cool. Tea and coffee and breakfast complimentary along with fresh drinking water daily. The villa is on the busy main road but as soon as you enter the grounds it becomes peaceful and relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and helpful full of advice on the local area.”

We were assisted with the arrangement of a taxi driver and was pleasantly surprised at the puncuality. 1265 Crescent Villa is a beautiful family home, that makes you feel like you are home away from home. “Swimming pool is surrounded by Potuguese heritage houses much like 1265 Crescent as well as trees. My bedroom shutters opened into an enchanting view of the garden. The greenery surrounding the property keeps it cool even in the hot season. Breakfast is served by the pool. The room was spacious with a couple of art books n the desk for perusal as well as more in the bookcase just outside the door. Everything was spotless and sparkling, as well as preserved in the style of the house's era. The couple who runs the property is gracious and totally accommodating. There is a restaurant, Grills and Curries, that has an open air ambience and serves delectable Goan cuisine. The beach is not far. Staying here transports one back to the days of Potuguese presence but with modern amenities. It is also very affordable.I highly recommend it!!”

“KK and Karuna are such a magnificent couple. They are so gracious and hospitable. They go out of their way to make your stay the best. The property is even nicer than the pictures. It has a resort type feel. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and very accessible to everything you might want to do in Goa. It is a wonderful place to relax and just hang out all day at the pool or to come back to after being out for the day. We had a fabulous stay. We would definitely come back.”
