“Big terrace with perfect view, mainly after sunset. Private, free and monitored parking place. Ideal location becouse is silent, but really close by walk to the city center. Very nice traditional breakfast served on terrace. Staff is very helpful with fluent english. Our room was clean and very comfortable with good Wi-Fi. During our visit hotel provided something like a theatrical program on roof which was free of charge. Ideal also for travelers on one night by car.”

“The staff is extremely friendly and tried to make us feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast is served in the terrace, which has amazing views of the city and the mount Ararat. The hotel is pretty new and is located in a very convenient area of the city if you are travelling for tourism.”

“the location of the hotel is very good its not far from the public square in Yerevan which is the heart of the city it only i think 5 minutes walking from the hotel , the rooms is in the 14th floor , they have very nice view restaurant on the 15th floor at the open air looks lovely ... the hotel is quite , even though its 3 star hotel but they clean daily the rooms and change towels daily and its difficult to get this things in the 3 star hotels nowadays ...”

“Very good location near the Republic Square and central city. Calm and safe surroundings, albeit the neighborhood is under construction. Clean interiors. WiFi good. Very polite and friendly staff. People at front desk are fluent in english. Helped us to organize a trip to Garni and also transportation to Georgia. Good breakfast (simple european & some caucasian food) served at the rooftop (on summertime at the outdoor terrace) that offers ca. 280° views over the city (inlcuding the mangificent Ararat mountain). Views from the 14th accomodation floor are astonishing. We had a room with a own balcony facing the north and with a view to the Ararat (highly recommended). Good beds and pillows. Also bathroom deserves a separete positive mention (the shower was good). Efficient A/C. We were lucky that the hotel provided complimentary tooth brushes and tooth paste as Aeroflot lost both of our checked suitcases (for 30 hours).”
“The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, walkable 3-5 minutes walk to Republic Square, restaurants and Tashir Shopping/ Abovyan Street. ALL staff are very warm, accommodating, friendly and helpful which made my stay alone in Yerevan more comfortable. The room is so clean and I have a lovely view of Mt. Ararat and city scape from my balcony. I highly recommend the hotel for overall service and value for money. Didn't have any single issue staying here, so giving them 2 thumbs up!”
