“What we arrived we were offered a room upgrade for free as a gift for the birthday. We also got a dessert in the room as a gift. The room is well designed, with very comfortable bed linen and mattress. The hotel even offers a phone with 30 min free international calls as a perk.”

The staff in general are really good and better than other hotels, but the bar can get busy and the single bar lady could do with some support. The room is very comfortable, the hotel is a short walking distance to the main tourist area but far enough not to feel like you're in the middle of it, and we can definitely recommend this hotel.”
“The hotel was lovely; its contemporary design was unusual and a pleasure to look at. The breakfast was traditionally Portuguese, with pastries, jams, and cooked to order hot meals. Our room faced the quiet side of the building and we watched the sidewalk activities a little every day. The walk to the metro is short, and the tram stops close to the hotel. We'd book again in a heartbeat.”
