“原本订的单人间，入住后开了窗通风，要关的时候发现窗关不上，找了前台来看，前台又找了工程部的来，都没修好，最后给我换了房间。由于禁烟房都没空的了，给换了个超级大的吸烟双人房，搬了空气进化器来。除了稍微有点烟味，房间还是不错的。”
