“This must have been my lucky day because the hotel put me in an amazing room! I had lots of space with a very comfortable bed and a beautifully furnished bathroom. I made stop over in Madrid prior to my return back to the USA and this was the perfect place to get some great rest. I picked the hotel because it's near the metro and you can get to the airport with only one transfer.”

“I booked the single room which was small but more than enough for one person, it has all kind of amenities I needed, good room services and very delicious breakfast. I liked the most having Nespresso coffee machine that is available throughout the day (at a cost outside breakfast time) and also the vending machine at the lobby area. The restaurant area after breakfast time was generally quite, I have used it several times to catch up on work for couple of days and I have noticed some others had business meetings in there as well. The hotel staff were super friendly, can speak English fluently and are happy to support and help if anything is needed at anytime. Before booking the hotel I read some reviews that rooms were noisy, I did ask for a quite room and they gave me a room on 6th floor which was very quite and I didn't face any issues.”

“The location is good, with a subway station a couple of blocks away and a major communications hub (3 subway lines, buses, suburban trains) less than 500 yards away. Quiet, safe area, although not close to downtown Madrid. The airport, on the other hand, is just a 20 minute taxi drive. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant.”
