No coffee tea etc in room had to ring reception Made complaint to hotel via email had a load of excuses back Booked for central location it wasn’t did say to taxi driver about it he said catches lots of people out as they have one in central Manchester too and don’t always show it clearly when booking Would say hotel unhelpful Upgrade not worth it And won’t be staying again”
