You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>Please note that the restaurant opening hours are 17:00 - 21:00 daily.<br><br>Reception hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 21:30.<br>Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 08:00 to 21:00.<br><br>If you expect to arrive outside these hours you must inform the property in advance in order to arrange late check in and key collection. If you do not inform the property a late check in fee of NZD $50 may apply.<br><br>Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.<br><br>Please note that when not paying by credit card, this property requires a refundable NZD 100 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges.<br><br>You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
