Late check-out from 12:00 until 00:00 is charged by the hour and late check-out after 00:00 is charged 100% of 1 night.<br><br>Please note that pets up to 5 kg can be accommodated upon request. A pet passport and medical certificate with all the vaccinations is required at check-in, as well as a special container with the toilet. A security deposit for incidents is 2000 RUB. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
