Never before have I been treated to such excellent service - from the incredible, amazing, wonderful Jannis in reservations to Michael and Freda in reception, to Ishmael, our reliable transport facilitator, to the friendly and accommodating buffet staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the team at Mount Grace made us feel like royalty. The food was unspeakably good. We ate like kings. The accommodation was flawless - we had the great pleasure of staying in a villa and I cannot fault a thing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Attention was paid to the smallest detail and this made our stay unforgettable. This will go down as one of our favourite holidays.
