The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.<br><br>Please note that there will be constriction works during 11:00 to 23:00 in the surrounding airport facilities, starting from 10 Aug 2015. The completion date is undecided.<br><br>Guests may experience noise and some other minor disturbances during construction hours.<br><br>Direction to the hotel:<br>From domestic terminals<br>- When you come out from the arrival gate, turn left. Do not go outside the building.<br>- Keep walking for about 3 minutes, and you will see the direct elevator to the hotel.<br><br>From international terminals<br>- When you come out from the arrival gate, follow the path leading to the domestic terminal.<br>- Keep walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see an open space.<br>- Turn right and keep walking for about 3 minutes, and you will see an elevator to the hotel lobby.<br><br>From JR Shin Chitose Airport Station<br>- When you come out from the ticket gate, turn right.<br>- Keep walking till the dead-end, and you will see an escalator on your right.<br>- Go upstairs and you will see a sign for the hotel on your left.<br>- Take the elevator next to the sign to 3rd floor.

“The hotel situates inside the airport which is very very convenient to catch an early flight back home on the next day. The room is clean and warm in Nov. Since the location of the hotel is inside the New Chitose airport, you will be spoiled with choices of restaurants & shops and entertainment. The breakfast is complimentary for hotel guests. Altho not a wide selection of food but good enough to fill you up and start your day. The hotel guests are allowed to use the airport onsen for free, (5-10 mins walk within the same building from hotel to onsen on 4th floor)....very nice both indoor and outdoor onsen. ”
