“The property is well-located in Akakura Onsen. The lifts can be reached via a short walk (3-5 minutes) and the main strip of restaurants is just down the road. The owner Daisuke is fantastic and will help with sorting local transport as well as day tours and activities. My room had two single beds and a tatami area and an in-room bathroom and the overall size of the room was larger than most hotels of similar standard. The downstairs onsen is slightly dated but a great asset for the hotel and a perfect way to end a long day on the mountain.”

Beautiful traditional Japanese dinner and great variety of western and Japanese food for breakfast. Easily able to cater for a group of 10. And beautiful artwork by Hatsuno Goto (113 years old)”
