- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“We arrived earlier than the normal check in period, and our concierge was able to receive us early and find a room matching what we had requested, so that was great! Rooms looked great, very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants nearby, great location if want to visit historic center or nearby places. Would definitely recommend!”

“A small, unassuming hotel. The most courteous and accommodating staff - none better in our ten day tour of peru. The location is great - like an extended village downtown area with business interspersed among residences, most of which are tasteful and i don't remember seeing any that were ostentatious. One feels very safe walking around with park-like streets. The district is next to Miraflores, the busier entertainment area and it's walking distance from the hotel. An eight dollar taxi ride (arranged by the hotel) takes you to the historical center which is a good half day of exploring. Getting back will cost you $5 in a regular taxi - less comfortable but seemed just as safe. We got upgraded to a suite with a balcony which i wish we could have used but didn't because of lack of time. Very comfortable bed; huge, modern bathroom and an excellent breakfast!”
