“Comfy bed, great hotel staff, great location. Next time I will book a little earlier I was hoping for a Jacuzzi Suite but they were all booked up!”
“Little indoor water play area was perfect for young children. Pool was pleasantly warm. Staff was accommodating. We had a slight problem with key/door lock & were moved to adjacent room. T.V. remote did not work, and was promptly repaired. With nearby restaurants, this was an ideal place to spend an overnight with young children.”
“The bed was comfortable. Furnishngs are slightly outdated but kept up well and very clean. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location is convenient for downtown Dells and attractions, restaurants and the casino.”

“The indoor pool area was good for small children. The slides in the outdoor area could use some updates, my 7 year old still enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and mostly renovated. The beds were comfortable. The microwave was a dinosaur but the rest of the appliances were sufficient. Walking distance to some restaurants and the outlet mall.”

“The staff was extremely friendly, this is the VERY FIRST hotel staff that have looked at my request while filling out the online registration and then made them happen!!!!! WOW Ask to be on ground floor because my wife was recovering from knee surgery and as close to the pool as possible because we had our 4yr old grandson with us. The check-in lady made both request happen. Again, WOW! That was a first and if returning to the Dells, we will use that hotel again.”
