“Quiet, comfortable, clean room with modern, recently updated bathroom, tv, and wifi. 1 minute walk from the train and bus stop. 3 minutes walk to the lake. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Big diverse breakfast was wonderful. Room 1 has a balcony.”
“The Hotel is located in the village just near the Bernino train stop, a perfect location for walks around Lago Poschiavo and visits to other places. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Good mountain air.”

Gegen Vorweisung der schriftlichen Reservationsbestätigung (Email) wurde meinem Vater trotzdem eine Schlafstätte in einem kleinen Dachzimmer zugewiesen, wo Mann den Kopf anschlägt. Die wichtige Anmerkung in meiner Reservation wurde natürlich nicht beachtet: ich wünschte ein Zimmer in einem unteren Stockwerk, da mein Vater 95 Jahre alt ist. Die Reception war unaufmerksam, keiner hat daran gedacht, ihm den Koffer die steile Treppe hinauf- bzw. hinunter zu tragen.”

“La disponibilité du personnel et de la patronne pour nous trouver une chambre au calme! Plusieurs propositions nous ont été faites malgré un hôtel quasi plein. En finalité et malgré le peu de choix, nous avons très bien dormi! Tout a été entrepris pour nous trouver un garage pour notre moto malgré une manifestation à l'extérieur qui occupait plusieurs locaux. La salle à manger d'un style particulier est très accueillante. Nous reviendrons !!!”
