“Wonderfully accommodating staff - we made a last minute late evening booking and then called ahead. It took a little longer than we anticipated to get there (up very steep and very windy roads) The welcome was lovely, our room was much bigger than expected, with a lovely sitter big area with armchairs, balcony (great for smokers!) Very large bathroom, great attention to detail and guests comfort. The bathroom provided slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste plenary of comfortable soft towels. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. Probablythe best pastries we have ever had - which we enquirer about and found they are baked on the premises. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful without being over attentive.”
“Everything, the amenities in the bathroom was much higher than expected, bath rope with slippers was a big plus which expected in 5 stars hotels, the room size was so spacious with a seting area, and the balcony have a spectacular view over the forest. The staf are so friendly & the breakfast was a big plus . Thanks too for the fruit basket, that was so lovely gesture:)”

“Total überrascht von diesem Hotel - umfassend !! Schöner Golfplatz in der Nähe und in vielerlei Hinsicht zentral in der Region zwischen Luganer und Comersee gelegen. Zufahrt durchaus kurvenreich .... Wir werden unbedingt wieder kommen. Es war alles wirklich komfortabel, freundlich und sehr angenehm. Restaurant, Personal, Ambiente, Garten ... alles wirklich klasse ! Hatten Zimmer 4 (2 Raum, Balkon, zum Garten)”
