The hotel is very , very clean and is in a good location . You can jump onto the trekking trail of the old Valeriana road , not far from the hotel. We intend on returning.”

“we stayed at the albergo for 3 nights end of august. our room had a direct view over the lake and at the monte isola. the small harbour for the boat transfer to get from sale marasino to monte isola is really near to walk. the restaurant albergo motta is located directly at the street. if you need it really quiet that wouldn't be your guesthouse. but if you like it not that touristic, the best view out of the window in the morning and a really good fish in the restaurant than you will like it there that much we do.”

Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, the ingredients were very fresh and local dishes were superb. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking a quiet and restful stay by the lake”
