“This is just a perfect place to stay in San Pellegrino. The staff is friendly, the location is central, windows that look at the beautiful river, and everything is as it should be. I stayed in this hotel many times already over the last few years and I am never disappointed. The rooms' decor may need an upgrade but rooms are very clean and very organized. You will have everything you need an more. An extra point should go to the fact that both the towels and the sheets smelled like they were freshly washed, something very rare in hotels.”
“The warm welcome, the excellent customer service - We had originally booked a room with a balcony but through no fault of the owners of the hotel somehow this request was not received however the owners immediately upgraded us to two connecting rooms and apologized for the misunderstanding although it was not their fault also the hotel restaurant has exquisite cuisine and the owners are a typical example of what customer service is all about well done”
“Really helpful staff, both in reception and the dining room. We were cycling and our bikes were securely stored. The bedroom was large and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good with plenty of things to choose from. Good location for touring and plenty of restaurants in the area”
“The proprietor of the hotel was really hospitable, being always ready to give some advice and solve any problem if any could arise. The location is perfect, it takes about 8-10 minutes to get to QC Terme. Morover the hotel offers a 10 percent discount. Also there is a bus stop nearby which makes it quite convenient to get to Bergamo and back.”
