Asked where the ironing room was, ended up getting my suit and shirt steamed/ironed by the staff, no charge. Got a free coffee when we left, and got help finding the nearest open pharmacy when we needed that. Great view from the balcony, and nice, clean pool.”

“Sehr gute Lage in Bezug auf Ausflüge in die Toscana (Pistoia, Lucca, Montecatini etc.) und landschaftlich schön gelegen. Dazu liegt das Hotel am Ortsrand von San Marcello, so dass jederzeit ein kleiner Fußmarsch zum Abendessen (falls nicht gebucht im Hotel) oder auch zu einer der Eisdielen möglich ist - Parkplätze im Ort selbst sind zur Hauptsaison nämlich Mangelware! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß, und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse vom Angebot her recht umfänglich. Möchte man einmal am Abend im Hause bleiben, ist ein Abendessen a la carte möglich oder aber auch die Bestellung des Abendmenüs , welches die Pensionsgäste bekommen - und das Essen war richtig gut! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr bemüht und freundlich und trug sehr zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei.”
