“We arrived and had trouble finding the the hotel. We called the man from the hotel and he came down the street immediately and drove our car to the secure parking location near the hotel. When arriving we were greeted by a lady at the conceirge. She was so incredibly helpful, we had been travelling for weeks and were very far from home and she organized our washing to be done, breakfast and helped us with things in the room that we needed. This lady was on the concierge the whole duration of our 2 day stay. She was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was so lovely, clean and the rooms were massive in comparison to other European cities we had stayed at. We loved our experience in Trapani!”
