“Location is in Northbridge, Perth's arts precinct. Near lots of hip bars and shops; vibrant nightlife. So very good location if you are into that sort of thing. Hotel has very nice vibe; aesthetically very pleasing. Clean & neat. Quiet (although we had rooms overlooking the library; the quiet side. Can't speak for other rooms). Staff very helpful and friendly.”

A simple philosophy of care, friendliness, fabulous use of space in the very comfortable room and communal areas and environmentally friendly too (daily complimentary filtered water in reusable glass bottles). The bathroom was perfectly proportioned and felt luxurious but not over the top. Great breakfast too!”
“Absolutely love this hotel; won't stay anywhere else in Perth. The staff are fantastic, genuinely welcoming and friendly. The common areas are inviting and comfortable; great selections of wines in the honour bar. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of homemade cereals, bread, fruit, eggs and muffins :-) I ordered a picnic basket to take the beach and the food was just wonderful. Couldn't have asked for more or better.”
