“The views were superb and we got upgraded to the 17th floor, by the very helpful Shah on reception! He was so polite welcoming and wanted to get us better views of New York which led to a better trip. He also sorted drinks at the bar for us and let us leave our suitcases after we had checked out. His colleague Victor let us have tea and coffee before we went off for a long flight home. I would stay here again for sure, it's right off a subway station and a very up and coming neighbourhood.”
