“Staff were all very friendly. We booked two double rooms (353 and 355) for one night. The lady at reception gave us a hassle-free replacement (155) right away for 355 when we complained it stank of stale cigarette smoke. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and ideal for short-term stay. Mattress was just right! Breakfast had something for everyone, coffee was hot and delicious. Great location, right by a lovely park. Plenty of great restaurants in town within short walking distance.”
“We don't speak German, but the young woman at front desk was great! Really patient and extra helpful, esp. since there was a mix-up with booking.com and we needed a larger room to accommodate our 12-year-old. As for the location--3-minute walk to the beautiful old city center; great view from the fifth floor where a really nice breakfast is served.”
