- One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 2.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 15 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

“I ski over 60 days a year and most of the times I stay in a hotel so am rather experienced. This hotel is run meticulously and is maintenaned outstandingly well. Obviously procedures are in place and they are doing a great job. To my surprise that everything is maintained so well just before they will proceed with a remodel this summer. Food is very tasty, the spa is very large with plenty amenities. Highly recommend.”
“We loved the hotel. we only expected breakfast but we actually got champagne on arrival, lunch and a 5 course dinner. Breakfast was a huge amazing buffet. We got more than we expected and we loved the staff. The outdoor pool was amazing. We will definately be going back soon. It's was expensive but actually turned out to be worth every penny”

“Wir waren 4 Tage mit unserem kleinen Sohn (17 Monate) zu Gast im Lürzerhof und wirklich sehr begeistert. Der Empfang war sehr nett u entspannt, das Personal und auch die Chefleute sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die aussertourliche Kinderbetreuung für unseren Kleinen hat super funktioniert (3 volle Stunden, zwar kostenpflichtig ausserhalb der Ferien, nahmen wir aber gern in Kauf) - somit hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit den tollen Saunabereich gemeinsam zu nutzen. Ausflugsziele und Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug rund um das Hotel. Die hauseigene Gnadenalm ist gerade einmal 4 km weg. Es gibt einen Rucksack am Zimmer und Walking u Wanderstöcke, sowie Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Auch das vom Hotel angebotene Aktivprogramm ist sehr toll! Alles in allem schwer empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Einzige Anregung unsererseits: das Kinderplantschbecken hätten wir uns ein wenig wärmer gewünscht, unseren Kleinen hats aber nicht wirklich gestört! ;)”
