“We had a tatami room for four. It was big and spacious for our kids to move around. My boys enjoyed playing table soccer at the reception and even though they were quite noisy, the staff was very kind about it.”
“We went there after the visited Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. The location of the hotel is far from the station but can easily access from Ogizawa and Shinano Omachi Station by bus. The environment near the hotel is lovely and the staff is really friendly. We stay in the Japanese style room, the room is clean and far bigger than we expected and they provide onsen bath. We have a comfortable stay at this hotel.”

“It was a good stepping off point for the Alpine Route. We were able to use the through ticket which we had bought in Tokyo and get off and on the bus at the stop just down the road. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nobody spoke much English but we got by. The breakfast was very good. Because it was the quiet period, walking around was really peaceful and we saw lots of monkeys on the edge of town and a serow as well. Also because it was quiet, we were able to utilize the onsen as a couple.”
