“Everything was amazing!! Location was excellent- 10min walk from bus stop, grocery stores,restaurants, and pharmacy on the same street and a big playground for kids. The staff were the friendliest and most welcoming. When my daughter got sick, the staff went above and beyond to help us, one employee had the heart to take me and my daughter to the hospital at 1 am when she fell ill..He even waited for us. Great people. The food at the restaurant was excellent, worth the price. Almost all the employees spoke English. The rooms were super comfortable and the decorations of the hotel in general was breathtaking. I can't wait to plan my next trip to Istanbul. I'm definitely staying again. I've told everyone I know about this hotel and my wonderful stay in Istanbul. I've been to 10 countries from jan '16 to may '16 and turkey was by far the best country I have ever been to.”
