Private valet parking is available at a surcharge.<br><br>Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Altstadt Hotel Krone Luzern, Weinmarkt 12. The reception there is open from 06:30 to 23:00. Check-in after this time takes place at Hotel des Balances, opposite this hotel. Breakfast is also served at the Altstadt Hotel Krone Luzern.<br><br>Please note that the hotel is not accessible for disabled guests and wheelchair users. There is no lift from the ground floor.<br><br>Please note that Single Currency Credit Cards (UnionPay logo only) cannot be accepted for reservations.<p>Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Weinmarkt 12, 6004 Luzern.</p>
