“Staff were okay/ kind but just disappointing as they did not know how what to do when our situation occurred. I didn't mind the manager because she seemed sorry and felt bad of what happened. Had promised us a refund within 2 weeks. BUT IT'S BEEN OVER 4 WEEKS and still have not received ANY REFUND! FOR THAT REASON I have NOTHING NICE TO SAY REGARDING THIS RESORT AND ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH IT. HAVE TO CONTACT BOOKING STAFF TO HELP WITH THE ISSUE INSTEAD! EXTREMELY UPSET!
