“2 top things - staff friendliness and location. The staff was extremely friendly! They were very kind to us all weekend. They picked us up at the parking terminal, we had a very nice dinner at the hotel, and were brought back to the parking terminal when we checked out. They also allowed our group to do a late check out (it was a Sunday) without any issues, which was very helpful as we skied on Sunday. The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes walk from 2 lift stations, close to the fun area for apres ski parties. Breakfast was typical for a ski hotel. All in all, a great choice and I would stay there again. If your main place is to have a nice place to stay for skiing, and the main point of the hotel is just for sleeping, this is a great option.”
“It was my birthday and we asked for a mountain view and the hotel did not disappoint. Balcony with beautiful views. We were picked up promptly from the car park when we called using the free phones, and served a welcome drink at the hotel on arrival. On the morning of my birthday we were treated to prosecco with breakfast. Simple breakfast, eggs cooked perfectly every morning. Linda, Silvan & Nick were friendly and welcoming hosts, always smiling. Great location, close to gondola and pistes, plenty of bars for aprés ski nearby & many restaurants close by. Dinner at the restaurant was good, we only ate there one night out of three & had salmon. Ski room had heated boot racks, really nice to have warm snowboarding boots to wear in the morning! Linda recommended the wellness in Saas-fee and it was great. We would stay here again :)”
“Our hosts Silvan and Linda were extremely friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed meeting them. The breakfast was delicious, fresh coffee, boiled eggs and we were all happy. We had a family room which was two ajoining rooms which worked well with the children. The beds were comfortable and although the décor is outdated, it really didn't matter to us as we simply needed a comfortable room to stay during the night whilst skiing and being out and about during the day.
