“Great views, good location near Royal Gardens. Nice room with large bath. Concierge made an effort to find us a Japanese cooking class, much appreciated”
“The room was very dark thanks to the blind system.”
“The rooms are definitely pricey but worth it if you'd like true luxury in style. Great view of the Tokyo city in the room and breakfast with a view was nice. I enjoyed the large bathtub and the smell of the bath salt provided. Complimentary mini bar was a plus.”
“Very nice hotel with beautiful design and big rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. Not far from subway. Calm area”
“Location was convenient to everything but in a quiet part of town. Rooms were impressively sized with beautiful views. Pool and fitness center were urban gems.”
“- Great View (Tower view) - Free non alcoholic Mini Bar - Breakfast is really good - Rooms are really big and beautifully designed”
“The services very poor. No concierge. We did not manage to boom any of the preferred restaurants through the hotel. The guided tours they suggested very poor”
“Quiet and well run hotel Lifts are a little confusing. Ground floor is entrance reception, 51 for main reception. 48 for our room all required different lifts in different areas. Sound confusing? It is a bit. Breakfast was good. Pool and gym really lovely. I liked it but might try another hotel next time. Pricey.”
“Staffs are all nice and friendly. Hotel service is very warm. I like the design of hotel very much.”
“Excellent concierge who could help with anything, and gave excellent directions for getting around the city. Single desk for reception, concierge etc, very convenient. Never any waiting at reception Fantastic views Amazing bathrooms, modern, beautiful fit out and easy to use the plumbing, convenient walk in wardrobes. Staff so helpful and friendly”
