“We unexpectedly had to take this trip one day earlier and were able to change our reservation on the day of arrival and did so without any problems and were even able to shorten the trip by one day due to the early arrival, without extra charge and we even got an upgrade... excellent service! The rest was as described, no negative surprises :)”
