“1. Location, it is close to the sea. We had a sea view room (floor to ceiling window), which would have been nice for seeing the northern lights. 2. The hotel felt more like cottages since each building consists of about 3 or 4 hotel rooms side by side. 3. Stylish and spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom. 4. Wide variety of continental breakfast.”

“A bit disappointed to the breakfast as the previous reviews here in booking are all good. The location is very nice and the reception is in the restaurant which was a bit confusing. There are two toilettes in our room but one door was not well designed so it couldn't close.”

“This was a favorite place we stayed in Iceland. Our room was the Junior Suite which could sleep 6 people (if you used the sofa bed). It was a free standing shipping container style hotel you see a lot around the country and we were excited to finally get to stay in one. The room was very modern with a large sitting area and two bathrooms. The kitchen is tiny but would serve the purpose of making easy meals. The walk to the coast is about 2 minutes with breathtaking views. The restaurant was perfect for our dinner and could have been more expensive since it's the only thing happening for miles. Breakfast was delicious with the best bread we had the entire trip.”

“The food in the restaurant was great. The bed was really comfortable. The rooms were spacious, warm, stylish and well appointed (including fridge, microwave, hair dryer and kettle). The view of the coast (from the floor to ceiling window) was great. The location was excellent - close to lots of amazing sites along the Snaefellsness peninsula.”

“We have stay here for couple times already, and we always have luck in here for the weathers. We were watching aurora almost every stay that we had. Breakfast is good with windows view for the surrounding area. They have fresh bread every morning that you can enjoy those freshness and also variety of selection of food. Over all of the environments is nice but just that you do not have different selection for the dinner ( no other restaurant in the area that you could select )”
