“Extreme kindness of staff and management to accommodate. The problem was that I am totally allergic to smoking and even though the floor is non smoking, the odor persists and it is a rwal nuisance- but the cooperation between staff and cleaning teams worked: changing bed mattresses covers and giving fresh pillows...after changing my room several times...remarkable! It could be very difficult to make sure people wont smoke where they are not supposed to...we are in Japan. As for the food, breakfast is a pleasurable moment , the Spa is very well maintained...Great location...”
