“My room was compact but very clean and tidy and modern. I liked the colours, the way wood goes with bright red. Glad there wasn't any extra charge for Wi-Fi or towels which is quite common nowadays unfortunately. It was perfect to stay overnight, I personally think it would be a good place to stay longer than that. Great value for where it is.”
“The helpful and friendly staff, the beautiful minimalist design, the comfortable room, the excellent location! I like mini-hotels more as they are less crowded and you can have more attention. This particular one is brand new yet comfortable and well planned, the staff members were constantly trying to make everything even better, to improve anything that we mentioned. We asked for some spare blankets - they gave them to us, we told them that the toilet paper holder should be a bit higher - they came and reinstalled it. This is what real service should look like! Not being absolutely perfect, but being ready to improve and actually solving issues!”

Жили в дальнем по коридору номере с окнами во двор - благодаря этому, было очень тихо, спокойно, никаких посторонних звуков. В номере есть все необходимое (немного не хватало своего чайника, но зато он есть на ресепшн). Все чисто и аккуратно, хороший wi-fi. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал.”
“Потрясающий отель, наверно один из лучших в которых я останавливалась за такую цену. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Все очень чисто и современно. Мой номер был прямо за ресепшен, но меня не беспокоили шумы или голоса, т.к. в отеле тихо! Завтрак я проспала, поэтому ничего сказать насчёт этого не могу :) Душевая кабинка моется (это частая проблема других отелей). Я приезжала осенью и в номере было немного прохладно, но этот момент предусмотрен и присутствует обогреватель, через пол часа в комнате уже было теплее. Кровать мягкая, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, одеяло воздушное. Ах.. я кажется влюбилась в Петербурге и на этот раз в отель :))) Обязательно вернусь в этот отель ещё раз ! Ааа.. и немного про расположение. Конечно оно отличное! Близко от метро и вы точно не заблудитесь.”

“Хочу отдельно отметить потрясающих девчонок на ресепшн! Очень душевно встретили, все подробно рассказали, для особо сообразительных все повторили и бодбодрили)) и в любое время суток администраторы на позитиве и искренне рады помочь будь то раннее утро или глубокая ночь. Сам отель маленький и в целом без особенностей, а персонал, придаёт этому месту невероятный уют! Туда хочется вернуться ещё. Да! И расположение очень удачное.”
