“Very comfortable big bed. Smallish but attractive room. Perfectly cleaned daily. High quality bathroom fixtures. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Room felt a bit dark but I adapted. Elevator is slow. Breakfast was quite good with a delicious choice of breads, teas, coffee, juice, scrambled and boiled eggs, cooked vegetables, salad, fruit, pastries, hot and cold meats, deviled eggs, etc. The staff were extremely good and nice, especially the housekeeper. It’s a discreet hotel on a quiet street in a fun gay area. Cafes, restaurants, bars all on the same street and surrounding ones. Wittenberg platz and KaDeWe is within 6 minutes or so walking distance. Tip: Take the xpress bus from the airport to zoologischer garten then the U2 towards Pankow one stop to Wittenbergplatz. Takes 20 minutes, costs 2.80 euros and you use the same ticket transferring from bus to underground going in one direction. Good price quality. WiFi was adequate.”
