“The front desk staff was very helpful, although he speaks very little English but we were able to communicate well with google translate. The room and facilities are good. Location also good.”
“Staffs of this hotel are just incredible, and I truly mean it. I haven`t seen staff that friendly, attentive, caring, nice and polite even in some 5* hotels. They helped with every request, and also helped us to arrange an earlier check-in. Superheroes! Room was very spacious and clean, mattresses were soft and nice to sleep on. Filtered water is provided in unlimited amounts for free, so is tea and coffee. Location is super downtown, close to park, about 10 mins walk from a major shopping mall. Just 2 mins walk to pizza/sushi place nearby. Also, there is a supermarket right in the same building, which is extremely convenient. Highly recommended this place to everyone!”

“깨끗하고 안락하고 따뜻했어요. 숙소에만 머무르고싶을 정도 ㅎㅎㅎ 러시아는 침구가 참 좋은것 같아요. 폭신폭신. 냄새도 안나고 깨끗한 느낌. 그리고 침대마다 머리맡에 조그마한 등이랑 콘센트가 있는게 좋았어요. 호스트도 영어능숙해서 편했고, 택시부르기 어려워하니 불러주셨어요. 친절하고 친절함. 체크아웃 이후에 짐도 맡아주셔서 열차시간까지 충분히 여행즐기다 열차탈수있었어요.”
