“Location and helpful staff. We only interacted with staff at check-in and luggage hold, but everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They all exceeded my expectations is seeming to actually like their jobs! Quite refreshing and we will be back. We come to N.O. every year and had never stayed at Astor, but it's our first choice now. The rooms were clean and I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I am a hotel snob!”
