“the steak and ale pie was very good and the staff were friendly”
“This place had one of the more reasonably accessible and climbable staircases for a hotel in the UK. The wi-fi and internet worked very well. The staff were friendly. The bar very pleasant and the ale reasonably priced. Dog friendly. Always nice to have the dogs about in a hotel. I parked quite easily right on the street out front -- having been unable to find their parking lot in back. Breakfasts were quite generous and very good. Place absolutely clean. A true hidden gem.”
