“I booked 20 rooms for the UK Agility team competing at championships - we had both able bodied and para agility competitors with us. We arrived to be told that we only had 8 rooms and not the 20 that were booked and they really did not seem to care behind the desk - save for the fact that there was a brilliant English porter who spent one and half hours trying to help sort our booking out. Finally after nearly two hours we managed to get to rooms but any problems with rooms, equipment or service were not dealt with. The hotel looks amazing but unfortunately customer service and genuine care for customers was severely lacking (apart from David Jack the porter who was amazing)”
