“Staff extremely helpful. At arrival, I hadn´t packed my utilities kit. It was almost ten pm. Danilo, one of the concierges called the drug store and walked with me two blocks to make sure they were opened for me and got me all the utilities I needed for my stay. He then took me to a nearby sandwich shop that was opened late before heading back to the hotel. That was a great service experience.”
