  • Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • All children under 12 years are charged EUR 40 per night for extra beds.

  • Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Chip and pin credit cards or cash are the only accepted methods of payment (for security reasons the hotel cannot accept credit cards that do not have chip and pin).<br><br>Please note that during weekends and Belgian national holidays, parking is only available upon reservation in advance and for more than 1 night. Guests can contact the hotel directly to make reservations.<br><br>The bed type that guests choose is an option and cannot be guaranteed.<br><br>If guests arrive with more people than on the confirmation, the hotel can refuse the guests and charge the full amount.<br><br>Please note that guests can not bring their own baby cot and need to reserve a baby cot with the hotel directly.
