- To enter the building, please dial 129 on the intercom. The reception desk is located at 50 let VLKSM Street 13/2, 13th floor.<br><br>Please note that the lift goes up to the 11th floor. Guests have to go 1 floor upstairs on foot.<br><br>Please note that smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed in the hotel.<br><br>Please note that a deposit (1000 RUB) must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.<br><br>The rooms can be cleaned every three days upon request.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Avrora Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time.
